Products

All artwork is made to order. Product images, room mockups, and lifestyle images are provided for illustrative purposes only. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, device displays, lighting conditions, and the printing process.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency shown at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Taxes

Jay House Productions is currently operating as a small supplier under Canadian tax regulations and is not registered to collect GST/HST.

Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, import charges, or other government-imposed fees that may apply in their jurisdiction. Any taxes collected at checkout will be clearly displayed before purchase.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, pricing errors, or inventory issues.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, photographs, logos, images, product descriptions, website content, and related materials are the exclusive property of Jay House Productions and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or used without prior written permission.

The purchase of artwork does not transfer any copyright, reproduction rights, or intellectual property rights to the customer.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jay House Productions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products, website, or services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Shipping

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Jay House Productions is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, labor disruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
