At Jay House Productions, each artwork is made to order specifically for you. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

Returns

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Ordering the wrong artwork
• Preference or taste-related reasons
• Minor variations in color caused by screen settings

Please review all product details, dimensions, and artwork selections carefully before placing your order.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process a replacement request, please provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of:
  • The damaged product
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label (if applicable)

After review, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost where appropriate.

Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued except where required by applicable law.

Color & Appearance Disclaimer

We make every effort to accurately display our artwork online. However:

• Colors may vary slightly between devices, monitors, and screens.
• Room mockups are for illustrative purposes only.
• Artwork may appear larger or smaller in mockups than its actual dimensions.
• Minor variations in printed products may occur due to the printing process.
